Hello Erie, I am writing to let you know of my claims experience recently. We have our home owners and auto policy with you and we had water damage at our home. I called Dan Casto, our agent. He was quick to respond and put us in touch with Damien Patragas, Claims Adjuster. Damien came right out to the house and assessed the damage. We called Boyer Pentek to come out and do the clean up. After talking with Damien the Boyer Pentek crew came out the same day and began there "clean up". We choose to have Boyer Pentek continue with the restoration and we were so happy that we did. There crews of professional painters, floor installers, plumbers, sheet rock installers were great. Not only did they do a professional job but they were genuinely nice people who took pride in there work. I can't say enough about this company. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT WORK.
